How fast is chapters shipping

I guess I'll just stick with the Chapters order then. I won't be needing them until I start studying for those courses anyways Just hope they arrive by then! Definitely beats paying about double the price at my university book store. I've got zero complains about amazon. Thanks for all the input guys. Just to let you guys know, they arrived within 4 business days of me placing the order.

Really great quick service! Also came with a mystery giftcard I'll be doing a lot more shopping with them online from now on. And their "Free Shipping" method is XpressPost!

Not happy right now with amazon. I pre-ordered 2 items, released Nov. They have just now finally shipped, still no tracking available. To me, that is unacceptable. Send memorable experiences, unique subscriptions, gift boxes, and more, delivered at a moment's notice.

On the Content tab, click to select the Enable JavaScript check box. Click OK to close the Options popup. Refresh your browser page to run scripts and reload content. Click the Internet Zone. If you do not have to customize your Internet security settings, click Default Level. Then go to step 5. Click OK to close the Internet Options popup.

Chrome On the Control button top right of browser , select Settings from dropdown. I ordered a book on Sept 23rd. Get an email from Indigo on Sept 24th - "Fully Shipped: this order is now complete" and a tracking number. Go to the Canada Post website - tracking number is not recognized On Sept 26, two days later, the CP website finally says "Shipment received at originating postal facility Mississauga" So when Indigo emailed me that the item was shipped, they are lying - all that happened on the 24th is that Indigo generated electronic paperwork.

Nothing was actually shipped. Then it took them two days to get the item to the post office And CP provided an estimate of days to deliver that book to Cornwall. The other day the tracking system is showing it was supposed to get delivered? I could rant all day but I just want to tell other consumers that "don't do it!

It bothers me that their warehouse, online website and shipping services are inferior. Management needs to improve online shopping experience for customers. The last order I received from them they sent me the wrong book but the packing slip had the right info. Gave the wrong book to coles store.

A refund was to be given to me but it was canceled. Not honoring their advertised discount codes. Charged different amount to credit card than reflected in the cart during purchase.

They do allow canceling purchase though, if done immediately. Customer service acknowledging that discount codes might not work for all items, but doing nothing to correct the issue. If the code was not valid for these items, why it showed valid when applied for the cart until after payment?

Ended up purchasing the item needed it and not many shopping options during Covid without the code but not going to become a repeat customer. I ordered a book December 31 and it was instock. By January 19 it still hadn't shipped so I called customer service and was told it was in stock in another warehouse and so a message was sent to ship it. January 25 still not shipped and called back only to be told it is still sitting in the warehouse. If I hadn't called, there was no effort by Indigo to get the book shipped.

Even with calling it is still sitting there and no real or clear answer as to why it hasn't shipped. This very poor online experience is what drives shoppers to Amazon. Products used: I ordered a book and it still hasn't arrived or even shipped yet from the warehouse.

I have ordered from them on three different occasions. All three went smoothly. Prices were good, items were exactly as ordered and shipping only took a few days. After issues with Amazon Canada, I decided to try Indigo. My order came earlier than expected. Fair book prices and huge selection. Very happy and will continue to do business with.

This is the second year in a row that I did not receive my order before Christmas although promised to receive it a week ago. I am very upset right now. I had an order of books that I needed for my class to arrive by today and I am being told it will now come in maybe tomorrow or even next week. I dislike when shipments are late and I don't have this problem from ordering with Amazon.

I guess that is why I am surprised. I trust those dates. In fact, Amazon comes earlier than their predicted date almost all the time, making me feel at ease that if I agree to not go to a store to get something, I can count on that decision. I also am angry that I get an email saying my books have Fully shipped and the order is complete. I look everywhere for them and for the postal note that maybe flew away.

They fully shipped to a warehouse I found out. I feel good now that that is what you mean by fully shipped. I don't want Amazon to take over Indigo's business, but if I ever need books in less than a week, I will not rely on their mailing service and just use Amazon Prime instead. And in teaching, there is never enough time to get through everything as is. I prefer to shop online for books rather than going to the actual store.

My books always come in on time, packaged with care and are always in good condition. I have bought many, many books online and never once had an issue. Plus, it seems a slight bit cheaper to buy online rather than in store. They discriminate against the disabled.

They refused entry to a woman with no hands because she cannot put on a mask. The single most annoying thing I have experienced, however, is when a book is shown as available for purchase and shipment, and when I order it, I recieve an email a couple of hours later saying that book is'nt available anymore. This has happened twice with the same book.

I've probably experienced this 5 times during the 4 months of orders I have placed and it's just so annoying. Tip for consumers: If the book is in high demand on social media, beware of false availability. I love ordering from chaptersindigo.
